2. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiry — Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
  • Delivering the free audit — Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR (performance of the requested service).
  • Replying to messages sent through WhatsApp — Legal basis: your consent when starting the conversation and/or Art. 6.1.b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
  • Sending commercial communications (only with explicit consent) — Legal basis: Art. 6.1.a GDPR.

3. Data we collect

Through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your enquiry. Through the audit form: name, email, phone (optional), website URL and business context needed to prepare the requested audit.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, we process your phone number, visible name, profile photo if configured, and message content to reply to your enquiry.

We do not collect sensitive data or data from children under 14.

4. Recipients

Forms may be handled through Microsoft Forms / Microsoft 365 (the controller's business environment) and, while configured, through Tally.so (Tally Software SRL, Belgian company, EU). These providers act as data processors under the GDPR.

If the audit is requested through Microsoft Forms, responses are kept in the controller's Microsoft 365 business account, with storage and access managed through Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel and Outlook according to the internal configuration.

When you use the WhatsApp button, an external app opens. WhatsApp processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not share or sell your data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of 1 year from the last communication. If no contractual relationship is formed, data is deleted after that period.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by emailing hola@luceweb.es with the subject "GDPR Rights":

  • Access: find out what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data.
  • Objection: object to processing.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
  • Restriction: request that we restrict processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD): aepd.es.
